again...not me arr..huhuhu

Maaf sebab lama dah tak update...bukan pe..line 3G kt cney bermasalah buat masa ney..positive thinking..mgkn untuk penambahbaikan...kalo bukak fb pun, leh jgk..tp lambat..tp kalo nk bukak blog..sgt payah..sbb kapasiti nk upload nyer lagey...

 Ramai yg mengeluh...termasuklah aku sendiri..napa lar susah sgt nak kurus..???????????!!!!!!!!!!! bile kiter dgr ader yg kawan2 kiter atau sape2 jerk berjaya dapat kuruskan badan, belumba2 kiter nak tahu mcm mana die buat..apa yg dia lakukan...smpi leh berjaya!! Pastu kiter pun nk tiru2 dan harap2 berjaya jugak..unfortunately...sama jerk..takde pape yg berlaku. BENCINYAAA!!!! Well, kt cney ader beberapa tips nak dikongsi bersama...actually aku dptkn maklumat ney gak drpd ebook Kevin Zahri yg aku langgan..mmg worthy..
Susah sangat ker nak kurus???? Keywords yang sebenar kalo nak kurus adalah KAWAL!!!

Atau.. u have to CONTROL urself... apa2 yang kiter lakukan, harus menitikberatkan Quality dan Quantity..bukan saja2 jerk..

2-      KNOWLEDGE
3-      EXPERIENCE
Bukan semua yg kiter lakukan akan berjaya...jadi 3 mende ney kena slalu dlm diri..SABAR...

Lagey satu..nape aku makan banyak tapi mamat@minah tu makan banyak tak gemuk2 punn...naa!!! ney pun ada kaitan..nape dier ney diet jerk senang kurus..tp aku buat mcm dier buat, tak kurus2 pun...hal ney sama gak mcm blajo..ader org blajo ckit dah ok..yg sesetengag lagey blajo ckit,tak leh dpt2 jugak..kena 10kali ganda baru leh...
Well..r u ready? Actually ada tiga jenis bentuk badan kalo nk kurus...

ECTOMORPH
·         Delicate build
·         Flat chest
·         Fragile & lean
·         Lightly muscle
·         Small shouldered
·         Harder gainer
·         Thin


MESOMORPH
·         Atheletic and hard body
·         Hourglass shape (female)
·         Rectangular shape (male)
·         Excellent posture
·         Gains muscle easily but gains more easily than ectomorph


ENDOMORPH
·         Soft body
·         Underdeveloped muscle
·         Round physique
·         Difficulty in losing weight
·         Gains muscle easily

(WHICH TYPE U ARE??? UURRMMMM)

Jadi..sblm tanya kejayaan kwn2 anda yg telah berjaya capai target...tahu dulu jenis bentuk badannya..jika sama ng anda, so..apa tunggu lagey??? FAHAM2 jelah..hehehehehe

Next...tentang BMI...kalo tentang ney...pasti ada suara2 cakap... “AKU KURUS”...”AKU SEDANG2 JER...”....”ALAARR..AKU OVERWEIGHT... “.....”MALU ARR NAK JUMPA KAWAN2..SBB AKU NEY OBES...”


BMI = weight (kg) / [height(m) x height(m)] Susan 68 kg, 1,70 m BMI = 68/(1.7x1.7) = 23.53


- Less than 20 - Underweight
20-25 - Normal (Susan is here)
25-30 - Overweight –
More than 30 – Overweight


The problem with BMI!
It does not consider
Bone structure
Muscle mass
Body type and other factors that play a role.

For me...BMI bukanlah satu perkara yg MESTI kita ikut..depends on the individual...if u r happy with ur weight..just go on...kalo dh selesa, tak perlu uat pape...as long as u r happy with ur reflection u c in d mirror, nor BMI and magazine can tell u that u should change..
Ingat!!!! Ur health and fitness is individual choice.. it’s your weight!!! ;) (pinjam ayat dr kevinzahri..huhuhu..sbb pendapat dia ng aku sama...)
